Take a meaningful pause with Sarah and Ty Powers (founders of the Insight Yoga Institute) for an online Practice DAYLONG in the comfort of your own space to deepen your practice.
Experience a blend of mindfulness, yoga, and psychological exploration to rejuvenate your body-mind connection. Engage in meditative practices, yin and yang yoga, personal reflection and inquiry sessions. Embrace mindfulness to observe without interference and gain insights into yourself and your relationships.
This nourishing DAYLONG practice is designed to develop and recharge your body-mind integration—it includes 4 sessions of meditation, coupled with yin and yang yoga, and some time for reflection and contemplation.

This day-long retreat weaves together three key elements:
Mindfulness is an attitude we adopt in which we let go of all motivations to manipulate the moment and develop the capacity to observe without willful interference.
Yoga is a set of behaviors that encourages a holistic experience of the body, heart, and mind—a process of fully inhabiting ourselves.
Psychological inquiry– receptive states of body-mind awareness that allows us to capture and refine insights into ourselves and our relationships.

 

When you include all three elements in your practice on a regular basis, you learn to more easily come home to your direct experience in a creative and fresh way.

The space-setting guideline will be shared 10 days before the day-long retreat started.
